1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and join999 ("Platform", "We"). This document governs the use of the join999.fun website, the join999 mobile app, and all services provided by join999.

Continued use of the join999 platform after any amendment to the Terms is published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. join999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time and will notify members via in-platform notifications or registered email.

The Bahasa Melayu version of this document is the governing version for all disputes involving players in Malaysia. In the event of a conflict between language versions, the Bahasa Melayu version prevails.

2 Account Eligibility & Registration

Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the join999 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Is an individual with the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not appearing on any self-exclusion list enforced by join999.

Registration Process

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit

Join999 accepts deposits via designated payment methods, including Malaysian online banking (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and others) and local e-wallets. All deposits are processed instantly.

• Join999 only accepts deposits from accounts registered under the same member's name.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.

Withdrawal

Join999 processes withdrawals within 5 minutes for all supported payment methods. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• The destination account for withdrawals must be registered under the same name as the join999 account.
• Any bonus received must meet the wagering requirement before the associated funds can be withdrawn.
• Join999 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding a certain amount.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

All join999 bonuses, promotions, and special offers are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms stated alongside each offer. General conditions that apply to all bonuses are as follows:

6 Game Rules

Technical Malfunction

In the event of a technical malfunction or disruption during an active game, join999 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the member's account. Any winnings resulting from a technical error will not be paid out.

Betting Limits

7 Prohibitions & Restrictions

• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's identity.

8 Liability Limit

Join999 provides services "as is" and makes no guarantee that the platform will always be free from interruptions, errors, or temporary unavailability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, join999 is not liable for:

• Losses arising from technical failures beyond join999's control.
• Indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
• Actions or omissions by third parties, including payment providers and game providers.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access caused by member negligence.

Join999's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the member's net deposit amount in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9 Account Termination

Termination by Member

You may close your join999 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any real money balance (excluding bonuses) in your account may be withdrawn following the standard withdrawal procedure.

Join999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account without notice if:

• Member has violated any term stated in this document.
